I’m Ebony, an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a minor in Networking. My background includes hands-on experience in DSL and fiber technical support, desktop support, and practical troubleshooting across systems and network environments.

I hold CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MCP certifications (Windows XP and Vista). My work has primarily focused on diagnosing connectivity issues, resolving system-level problems, and helping users navigate technical challenges in a structured and practical way.

After spending time away from the field, I chose to return with a renewed focus on strengthening my networking foundation and expanding into modern technologies, including AI-driven systems and infrastructure.
