About Ebony | Founder of Digital Service Finder

About Me

I’m Ebony — an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a minor in Networking.

My background includes DSL and FiOS technical support, desktop support, and hands-on troubleshooting across a range of systems and network environments. Most of that work came down to one core skill: figuring out what’s actually wrong and explaining it in a way that makes sense to the person dealing with it.

I hold CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MCP certifications (Windows XP and Vista), and I’ve personally worked through many of the same issues covered on this site.

After stepping away from the field for a time, I made a deliberate decision to return — with a stronger focus on rebuilding my networking foundation and staying current with how modern systems, including AI-driven technologies, continue to evolve.

Digital Service Finder is part of that process.

The Platform

This site exists to take the frustration out of troubleshooting. Instead of scattered or hard-to-follow advice, everything here is built around one idea: clear answers that actually help.

That means:

  • Step-by-step fixes you can follow without a technical background
  • Guides that explain why problems happen, not just how to patch them

For technical questions or professional inquiries, the Contact page is the best place to reach me. I typically respond within 24–48 hours.
